The U.S. Jaycee Foundation proudly announces its approval and early-year funding commitment to support JCI USA’s bold four-year strategic plan, designed to continue to rebuild membership, strengthen chapters, and reignite the Jaycee movement across America.
After years of membership decline and shifting priorities, JCI USA has launched a comprehensive plan to invest in additional long-term growth through new staffing, modernized marketing, and revitalized leadership programs. The Foundation’s early investment will help accelerate implementation, ensuring JCI USA can move quickly from planning to action.
JCIUSA 2025 President Bethanie Miller and JCIUSA 2026 President Josh Hoveln did a great job presenting the trustees with the comprehensive plan. The trustees firmly believe that these 2 current national leaders are committed to growing JCIUSA.
The Foundation’s funding will specifically strengthen three key pillars of JCI USA’s strategy:
- Membership Coordination and Growth:Early-year support allows the immediate hiring of a full-time Membership Coordinator to oversee national recruitment and retention efforts.
- Marketing and Outreach Expansion:Foundation funds will enhance professional marketing campaigns to attract a new generation of young leaders.
- Program Development:The investment supports the rollout of national programs like GrowMyGroup, Advocate Academy, and One Year to Lead, empowering local chapters to grow and thrive.
“This partnership represents a defining moment in our shared history,” said representatives of the U.S. Jaycee Foundation Board. “By committing early funding, we are helping JCI USA accelerate its transformation and return to the national prominence that defined its legacy.”
The U.S. Jaycee Foundation remains dedicated to preserving the proud heritage of the Jaycee movement while fueling the innovations necessary for its future. Together, we are Preserving the Legacy and Powering the Future of JCI USA. Now it the time to donate to the foundation and help fund these important endeavors.
